摘要

介绍孙学全教授自身针感体验的研究总结。孙学全教授通过自身针感体验

从针感的表现形式、产生的物质基础、针感的区别及临床意义等方面提出了新认识。孙老认为针感的产生及传导方向有其物质基础

是客观存在的

并在此基础上提出了刺激量与刺激总量的概念。认为刺激量的大小对个体而言是产生补泻的主要基础

刺激总量与针刺的深度、强度

留针的时间

针刺的数量等因素相关。孙老认为针灸补泻是针对疾病的虚实性质相对而言

是针刺作用于人体后产生的反应

并认为个体对针刺刺激量的耐受程度也是影响补泻的主要因素。
