摘要

痛风是临床常见病、多发病

痛风中的急性痛风性关节炎因受累关节疼痛剧烈

关节活动受影响

极大影响患者生活质量。西药大剂量抗炎止痛药内服治疗常诱发恶心、呕吐、腹泻等不良反应[1]

存在增加消化道出血几率风险;受累关节局部应用非甾体类抗炎药外涂

起效时间较慢

控制疼痛等症状疗效尚不满意。对此笔者提出假设:人体皮肤角质致密
