摘要

灸疗学是针灸学的重要组成部分。《黄帝内经》曰:"针所不为

灸之所宜";《医学入门》云:"凡病药之不及

针之不到

必须灸之";《扁鹊心书》强调:"保命之法

灼艾第一"。这些记载都表明了灸疗的重要医学地位和其他疗法的不可替代性。然而灸疗临床一度萎缩

灸疗的独特疗效未能充分显示。近30年随着国内学者对灸疗热敏现象的系统研究

发现了灸疗临床新规律

建立了基于灸位与灸量新标准的热敏灸理论与技术新体系

显著提高了灸疗疗效

丰富发展了灸疗学理论与技术

改变了灸疗临床萎缩的现状。
