摘要

新安医家汪机本于《内经》《难经》而论针灸

称之为"刺法之正"

其灸法学术思想主要体现在《针灸问对》和《外科理例》两书中。汪氏对艾灸治疗热证、疮疡等问题进行了精辟的阐述

并有相应验案互参。他认为灸法只适应于已病患者

对无病之人进行艾灸保健持反对意见;还主张针灸施治之前应进行详细的辨脉察形

以知病机之所在。本文从热证可灸、灸勿留瘢、灸需辨证及灸治疮疡这几个方面阐述了汪机灸法学术思想

认为汪机在继承前贤的基础上又能提出自己独特的见解

对灸法学术理论的发展起到了指导和推动作用。
