摘要

基于《中医针灸信息库》中的数据

采用文献计量分析方法

对1954至2016年间有关针灸治疗眼病的临床研究类论文进行文献计量分析与评价

以期客观地反映针灸治疗眼病的疾病谱和适宜病症。结果显示针灸治疗眼病的疾病谱共涉及13类疾病47个具体病症

总病例数为176 469

有效病例数为160 662

有效率为91.0%。针灸治疗眼病的适宜病症有近视、睑腺炎、结膜炎;常用适宜病症有斜视、干眼病、眼肌麻痹;次常用适宜病症有视神经萎缩、眼睑下垂、动眼神经麻痹、眼睑痉挛、弱视。针灸治疗眼病中最常用的体穴为攒竹、睛明、太阳

最常用的耳穴为眼、肝、肾。从配穴方法上来看

以局部用穴为主

同时以远端取穴辅助配合治疗。
