摘要

目的:比较麦粒灸联合常规针刺与常规针刺治疗颈椎病颈痛的临床疗效差异。方法:将符合纳入标准的88例颈椎病颈痛患者

按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组

每组44例。对照组采用常规针刺治疗

穴取颈夹脊、大椎、肩中俞;观察组在对照组基础上行麦粒灸治疗。每周治疗3次

隔天1次

10次为一疗程

共治疗1个疗程

6个月后进行随访。观察两组患者治疗前后及6个月后随访Northwick Park颈痛量表(NPQ)、Mc Gill疼痛问卷(MPQ)评分情况

并评定临床疗效。结果:治疗1个疗程后

对照组有效率为84.1%(37/44)

观察组有效率为86.4%(38/44);6个月后随访

对照组有效率为79.5%(35/44)

观察组有效率为81.8%(36/44)

两组整体疗效比较差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。两组治疗1个疗程结束时及6个月后随访NPQ评分及MPQ评分均较治疗前下降(均P<0.05)。两组在1个疗程结束后NPQ评分及MPQ评分比较差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)

但观察组在6个月后随访时NPQ评分及MPQ评分低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论:麦粒灸联合常规针刺治疗颈椎病颈痛较常规针刺即时疗效相当

但远期疗效更佳。
