摘要

排卵性腹痛属于女性功能性腹痛疾病

疼痛多发生在两次月经周期的中间

即排卵期

由女性排卵时卵泡破裂以及排卵后卵泡液对腹膜的刺激所引起的

多表现为一侧少腹部疼痛

([1-2])

。笔者对19例排卵性腹痛患者采用针刺"尺卵"、曲泉穴配合隔药灸脐法进行治疗

现报道如下。1临床资料19例均为2017年1月至2018年1月山东中医
