摘要

目的:观察痧点放血治疗急性腰扭伤的临床疗效。方法:31例急性腰扭伤患者均先在腰痛点区域循经刮痧

然后于痧点行放血拔罐治疗

休息1 d后再次治疗

共治疗3次。分别统计每次治疗后的即刻疼痛强度(PPI)评级

治疗前、治疗后的视觉模拟量尺(VAS)评分、腰椎活动度(MMS)

并评定临床疗效。结果:31例患者临床治愈8例

显效15例

有效7例

无效1例

总有效率为96.8%;第1、2、3次痧点放血治疗后

患者的PPI评级均明显优于每次治疗前(均P<0.05);治疗后

VAS评分和MMS数值均较治疗前明显改善(均P<0.05)。结论:痧点放血疗法对急性腰扭伤患者疼痛以及腰椎功能活动改善的即刻和整体效应均有显著效果。
