摘要

患儿

男

12岁

2017年11月24日晚初诊。主诉:呕吐不止4 d。现病史:4 d前无明显诱因出现呕吐

后食用汤面后即发呕吐

呕吐物为胃内容物

持续作呕

一天可达30余次

遂就诊于天津市第二儿童医院

以"胃肠功能紊乱"收住入院。住院期间

予补液、纠正电解质紊乱、增加胃肠动力药物等治疗

但患者仍呕吐不止

饮水难下

饮入即吐

无发热

恶寒

着厚衣裤仍手脚冰凉

精神状态愈见萎靡。治
