摘要

目的:了解国内针刀不良事件的现状

促进针刀的规范化

从而提高针刀的临床疗效及安全性。方法:采用回顾性期刊文献研究

检索中国期刊全文数据库、万方数据库、维普中文科技期刊数据库的针刀不良事件病例报道类文献

对发生不良事件的情况类型及特点、文章篇数、病例数、事故原因等进行统计分析。结果:检索出有效文献58篇

共343个病例。分析结果显示针刀不良事件主要包括术后局部疼痛、血肿、肿胀

神经损伤

肌腱断裂、粘连、损伤

感染

晕厥、晕针

麻醉意外或激素使用不当等。针刀的规范化程度较低

在临床中易导致不良事件发生。结论:针刀在治疗某些复杂和危险部位的疾病时

安全性有待提高

针刀的规范化是提高安全性的重要途径
