摘要

目的:比较针刺联合西药与单纯西药治疗梅尼埃病的疗效差异。方法:将96例梅尼埃病患者随机分为针药组(48例

脱落12例)和药物组(48例

脱落9例)。两组患者均给予甲磺酸倍他司汀片(每次口服12 mg

每日3次)

甲钴胺片(每次口服0.5 mg

每日3次)治疗。针药组同时给予针刺治疗

穴取百会、风池、听宫、合谷、曲池、足三里、丰隆、太冲、太溪、天枢

留针20 min

每周治疗2次。两组患者均连续治疗12周。于治疗前后采用眩晕残障量表(DHI)、耳鸣残障量表(THI)、纯音测听、耳闷视觉模拟量表(VAS)评估两组患者症状严重程度

并从眩晕、听力、活动能力3方面对比分析两组患者疗效。结果:治疗后两组患者DHI、THI、纯音测听、VAS评分均较治疗前下降(均P<0.05)

且针药组DHI、THI、纯音测听、VAS评分均低于药物组(均P<0.05)

针药组治疗前后DHI、THI、纯音测听、VAS评分差值均高于药物组(均P<0.05)。针药组眩晕、听力、活动能力治疗有效率分别为97.2%(35/36)、91.7%(33/36)、88.9%(32/36)

药物组分别为71.8%(28/39)、74.4%(29/39)、69.2%(27/39)

组间比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:与常规药物相比

针刺联合药物治疗梅尼埃病的疗效更好。
