摘要

目的:比较浮刺结合温灸和传统温针灸法治疗慢性非特异性腰背痛(CNLBP)的临床疗效。方法:将60例患者随机分为浮刺温灸组和温针灸组

各30例。浮刺温灸组采用腰背部膀胱经经筋浮刺结合灸盒温灸法

温针灸组在腰背部采用传统温针灸疗法。每次治疗30 min

每周治疗3次

连续治疗3周

随访期为3个月。观察两组患者治疗前、治疗3次、治疗结束以及随访期视觉模拟评分(VAS)、腰部关节活动度和Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)。结果:两组在治疗3次、治疗结束、随访期的VAS评分、腰部关节活动度及ODI较治疗前均有改善(均P<0.05)

且浮刺温灸组优于温针灸组(均P<0.05)。两组治疗结束、随访期VAS评分、腰部关节活动度及ODI优于治疗3次(均P<0.05)

两组随访期VAS评分、后伸及左右旋活动度、ODI均优于治疗结束期(均P<0.05)。结论:浮刺结合温灸治疗CNLBP

在改善疼痛、腰部关节活动度和功能障碍方面优于传统温针灸

并体现出较高的患者依从性。
