摘要

目的:观察脐疗联合穴位埋线治疗排卵期出血的疗效。方法:将28例排卵期出血患者采取脐疗联合穴位埋线治疗

每周于脐部隔药灸1次

相隔两周进行1次穴位埋线

月经期不予治疗

穴位埋线取脾俞、肾俞、气海、关元、中极、子宫、血海、足三里、三阴交、地机、太冲穴。每个月经周期治疗结束后

当月排卵期进行疗效观察

连续3个月经周期治疗结束后

进行最终疗效评定。结果:治愈19例

有效7例

无效2例

总有效率达92.9%。停止治疗后3

个月随诊复查

治愈的19例患者中

复发患者仅1例

复发率为5.26%。结论:脐疗联合穴位埋线治疗排卵期出血疗效显著

值得推广。
