摘要

目的:观察舌针、项针配合小组构音障碍康复对脑卒中后构音障碍患者言语功能的影响

探索构音障碍的治疗方法。方法:80例构音障碍患者随机分为观察组(40例)及对照组(40例)。两组患者均行常规治疗

对照组给予项针配合小组构音障碍训练

观察组在对照组基础上给予舌针治疗

每日1次

每周治疗6 d

持续2周。分别在治疗前和治疗2周后对两组患者进行构音障碍综合性评价量表和中国康复研究中心构音障碍分级评定。结果:治疗后

两组患者构音障碍综合性评价量表总积分及分项积分均低于治疗前(均P<0.05);观察组治疗后除颌位置积分与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)

其余各分项积分均低于对照组(均P<0.05)。观察组中国康复研究中心构音障碍分级情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率为85.0%(34/40)

对照组总有效率为67.5%(27/40)

差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:舌针、项针配合小组构音康复训练可有效改善卒中后构音障碍患者言语功能。
