介绍名老中医罗才贵手法治疗"筋痹"的特色及经验。罗老在《黄帝内经》经筋理论的指导下

根据"筋痹"的发病及临床特点

注重触诊的运用及指下感觉

审证求因

辨证选穴

强调"温"法的运用

组合运用针刺手法(搓法、捻法)、推拿手法("松""分""温""顺")以阳性点、肌间隙为治疗重点治疗"筋痹"。该法得气迅速、针感持续时间长

温热作用明显

临床疗效显著

可以显著改善症状体征

缩短病程

具有鲜明的特色。
