颅底带位于头颅骨后下部

是自哑门穴至翳风穴的连线、上下各旁开约0.5寸的条带。其所在部位有膀胱经之天柱穴

胆经之风池、完骨穴

经外奇穴翳明穴

4穴均有治疗眼部疾病的作用。总结发现针刺颅底带可明显增加治疗难治性眼病的疗效。针刺操作以毫针多针刺法为主

具体手法采用小幅度提插法

并在行针的同时配合眼球运动训练或做眼眶放松运动

可有效发挥头针激发经气、疏通经络、迅速气至病所的特点

达到治病的目的。本文从其治疗眼病的应用优势进行详细阐述

并附验案1例。
