摘要

目的:对发表于《中国针灸》杂志的病例报告进行质量评价。方法:电子检索2006至2016年间

发表于《中国针灸》杂志上的病例报告。采用"中医医案撰写和报告规范"评价纳入病例报告的质量

包括15项条目

计算含每项条目的论文百分比

并进行质量评分。结果:共纳入288篇病例报告。标题、患者信息、临床表现、治疗措施等内容汇报较为完整(90%以上)

但关键词、摘要、背景、知情同意书等内容较欠缺;整体质量评分较低(占88.19%)

高质量病例报告仅34篇(占11.81%)

纳入文献整体质量评分多在29

1分。结论:针灸病例报告质量仍有待提高

希望今后能够建立规范的针灸病例报告规范

为针灸的发展创造更有利的条件。
