摘要

目的:系统评价穴位自血疗法治疗痤疮的疗效与安全性。方法:计算机检索中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、万方数据库(Wan Fang Date)、中国维普数据库(VIP)和Pub Med中关于穴位自血疗法治疗痤疮的随机对照试验研究

由2名研究者按照纳入与排除标准独立筛选文献、提取资料和评估偏倚风险

采用ReviewManager 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果:纳入8篇随机对照研究(RCT)

涉及573例患者。有效率效应值合并量RR=1.21

95%Cl[1.12

1.30];皮损积分改善情况效应值合并量SMD=-1.00

95%Cl[-2.14

-0.14]

Z=1.73(P=0.08);复发率效应值合并量RR=0.44

95%Cl[0.09

2.15]

Z=1.01(P=0.31)。结论:穴位自血疗法治疗痤疮疗效优于对照组

皮损疗效好

且自血疗法治疗较安全。
