摘要

目的:观察常规药物治疗加针刺与单纯常规药物治疗对脑卒中急性期患者卒中后抑郁患病率及神经功能恢复的影响

为临床卒中后抑郁的防治提供新思路。方法:将60例患者随机分为观察组和对照组

每组30例。对照组给予常规药物治疗

观察组在常规药物治疗的基础上给予针刺治疗

取百会、四神聪、内关、合谷、太溪等穴位

每天1次

每周6次

两组均连续治疗4周。分别于治疗前、治疗1周后及治疗4周后进行24项汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、改良爱丁堡-斯堪的那维亚神经功能缺损评分量表(MESSS)评分

并比较两组患者抑郁患病率。结果:治疗1周后

两组患者HAMD量表评分较治疗前均有所升高(均P<0.05)

MESSS量表评分较治疗前均有所下降(均P<0.05)。治疗4周后

观察组HAMD量表评分较治疗前有所下降(P<0.05)

且明显优于对照组(P<0.01)

而对照组治疗前后比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组MESSS量表评分较治疗1周后均有所下降(均P<0.05)

且观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗4周后观察组卒中后抑郁患病率为23.3%(7/30)

低于对照组的66.7%(20/30

P<0.05)。结论:对卒中患者进行早期针刺干预不仅可以促进其神经功能的恢复

还可有效降低卒中后抑郁的患病率。
