摘要

目的:观察穴位按压为主配合腰椎定位扳法治疗原发性痛经的疗效。方法:观察气滞血瘀型原发性痛经患者40例

点按膈俞、肝俞、脾俞、肾俞、次髎、中脘、天枢、关元、子宫、阑门、气冲、地机等穴位

并配合腰椎定位扳法进行治疗。停经后开始治疗

每周3次

隔日1次

经期暂停

3个月经周期为一疗程

共治疗1个疗程。分别于治疗前、治疗3个月经周期后及治疗后随访3个月经周期采用视觉模拟评分(VAS)对患者的疼痛程度进行自我评分

并进行疗效评价。结果:痊愈18例

显效10例

有效6例

无效6例

痊愈率为45.0%

总有效率为85.0%。治疗1、2、3个月经周期后及治疗结束后1、2、3个月经周期随访时

VAS评分均较治疗前明显降低(均P<0.01)。结论:以穴位按压为主配合腰椎定位扳法治疗气滞血瘀型痛经疗效显著

可有效缓解疼痛

且远期疗效稳定。
