摘要

透刺法是刺灸法的重要内容

但目前研究存在理论探讨明显滞后于实践应用的现象。本文通过总结赵吉平教授运用透刺法的思路与方法

从取穴、针具和刺法3个基本要素出发

回顾学术渊源、分析研究现状和临床典型病例

从本义到外延对透刺法进行归纳

即在辨明病位、病性和病症特点的基础上

结合腧穴的主治规律和所在部位的组织结构特点

量化刺激强度

为针灸临床提供符合实践特点同时具有针灸特色的辨证运用思路。
