摘要

目的:观察针刺治疗脾虚型慢性咽炎的疗效。方法:经门诊辨证分型

选取72例脾虚型慢性咽炎患者

穴取"老十针"(上脘、中脘、下脘、气海、天枢、足三里、内关穴)结合局部淋巴滤泡散刺治疗。隔日针刺1次

10次为一疗程

治疗1个疗程后首次评定疗效

并于6个月后电话随访复发情况再次评定疗效。结果:治愈25例

显效31例

有效12例

无效2例

脱落2例

总有效率为94.4%。结论:针刺治疗脾虚型慢性咽炎疗效可靠。
