摘要

目的:评价国内针刺治疗缺血性卒中Meta分析方法学和报告质量。方法:计算机检索从建库到2016年底中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、中文科技期刊全文数据库(VIP)、中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)和万方数据在线知识服务平台

查找国内针刺治疗缺血性卒中的所有系统评价文献。采用评价系统评价的测评工具(A Measurement Tool to Assess Systematic Reviews

AMSTAR)、系统评价/Meta分析优先报告条目(Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses

PRISMA)量表对纳入文献的方法学与报告质量分条目逐个进行评价。结果:初检得出相关文献402篇

最终纳入7篇文献(中文6篇

英文1篇)。纳入文献的方法学质量存在的主要问题:检索策略不全面、未重视发表偏倚的识别、对异质性的认识和处理不够深入等;报告质量的主要问题:检索策略的报告不规范、相关研究特征及偏倚风险报道不全、未报告证据强度级别等。结论:目前国内针刺治疗缺血性卒中Meta分析在方法学、报告质量方面存在不同程度问题

仍需要进一步提高及不断更新。
