患者

女

30岁

于2017年4月25日就诊。主诉:双侧大腿前部疼痛伴无力3个月

加重20 d。病史:长期在超市从事搬运货物工作

因工作劳累加之仓库环境阴冷潮湿而时发腰痛

2年前曾有腰部扭伤史

3个月前恰逢春节

工作量加大

劳累过度

自觉大腿前侧疼痛和无力。20 d前双腿倍感无力

且疼痛加重

无法久站

行走、上楼梯困难

已影响
