摘要

患者

男

43岁

于2016年4月26日就诊。主诉:右上肢无力1年余

加重2个月。现病史:1年前出现右上肢无力

右侧手指活动笨拙

逐渐出现右侧前臂、上臂及肩部肌肉萎缩

病情呈缓慢进展

右侧上肢无麻木感

意识清楚

语言流利

吞咽功能正常。近2个月上述症状加重

影响日常生活。曾口服利鲁唑治疗

其症状得到轻微改善

因不能忍受药物不良反应而停
