摘要

患者

男

62岁

于2017年5月14日初诊。主诉:颈肩痛10余年。现病史:因长期伏案工作致颈肩疼痛10余年

每日于凌晨1:00～3:00因头痛而觉醒

服用复方对乙酰氨基酚片可缓解疼痛。曾在某医院行推拿、牵引等治疗

效果不明显

遂前来就诊。刻下症:颈项部酸痛

面色萎黄、周身乏力
