摘要

患儿

女

5岁

初诊日期:2016年7月4日。代诉:不自主夹腿1年

加重1周。病史:1年前幼儿园老师发现患儿出现不自主夹腿动作

双腿上下摩擦

片刻后面色潮红、汗出等

多于中午睡觉前出现

就诊于多家医院

建议予以心理疏导、分散其注意力等措施

症状均未能改善。近1周来不自主夹腿现象
