摘要

目的:观察腹部盘针刺法为主治疗腹型肥胖多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的临床疗效。方法:将33例腹型肥胖PCOS患者予以腹部盘针刺法

中脘、气海、关元、中极予盘刺补法

滑肉门、天枢、水分、卵巢穴、肓俞、带脉予盘刺泻法;滑肉门和天枢、双侧带脉穴予电针刺激

隔日1次

每周3次

经期休息

10次为一疗程

共治疗6个疗程。观察治疗前后患者体质量指数(BMI)、卵巢体积

并检测治疗前后血清空腹胰岛素(FINS)、空腹血糖(FBG)、血清促卵泡刺激素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)、睾酮(T)、泌乳素(PRL)水平。结果:治疗后与治疗前比较

BMI明显下降(P<0.01)

卵巢体积明显缩小(P<0.01);血清FINS、LH、T水平下降明显(P<0.05

P<0.01);血清PRL和FSH治疗前后差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论:腹部盘针刺法为主治疗腹型肥胖PCOS患者

能减轻体质量、缩小卵巢体积

其作用机制与降低空腹胰岛素、促黄体生成素和睾酮水平有关。
