摘要

目的:观察长蛇灸改善阳虚体质及防治反复外感病的临床疗效。方法:将63例(剔除3例)符合纳入标准的研究对象

每周于大椎穴至腰俞穴施行长蛇灸1次

每次30min

4次为一疗程

共6个疗程。分别观察并记录患者治疗前6个月、治疗期间6个月、治疗结束后第1个6个月及结束后第2个6个月的阳虚体质量评分和外感病发病次数。结果:患者在治疗结束时、治疗结束后第1个6个月及结束后第2个6个月的阳虚体质量评分及外感次数均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05

P<0.01);在治疗结束后第1个6个月及结束后第2个6个月的阳虚体质量评分与治疗结束时比较差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)

外感次数均较治疗期间6个月明显减少(均P<0.05)。结论:长蛇灸疗法能改善阳虚型人群的体质

有效防治阳虚体质外感病

且疗效具有持续性

远期疗效稳定。
