摘要

目的:观察慢性阻塞性肺病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

COPD)大鼠的"肺俞"穴区微循环血流灌注量的特异性改变。方法:将60只Wistar大鼠按随机数字表法随机分为模型1组(C1组)、正常对照1组(N1组)、模型2组(C2组)和正常对照2组(N2组)

每组15只。C1、C2组采用熏烟合并气管内滴内毒素方法造COPD模型

分别造模29 d、89 d;N1、N2组对应于C1、C2组同期给予正常饲养。选择"肺俞"、"心俞"、"肺俞"旁开、"心俞"旁开作为监测点

用激光散斑微循环血流监测系统(PeriCam PSI System

PSI)分别在造模前、造模29 d和89 d后监测上述监测点的微循环血流灌注量。结果:造模前4组大鼠各监测点微循环血流灌注量差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)

"肺俞""心俞"和其旁开对照点之间微循环血流灌注量差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。造模后

C1、C2组所有监测点微循环血流灌注量均升高(均P<0.05)

C1组微循环血流灌注量高于N1组

C2组微循环血流灌注量低于N2组

C1组所有监测点微循环血流灌注量高于C2组

差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);C1、C2组出现了"肺俞"微循环血流灌注量高于旁开对照点的特异性变化

而N1、N2组没有出现。结论:COPD大鼠"肺俞"穴的微循环血流灌注量出现了与疾病病程相关的特异性变化。
