摘要

患者

女

33岁。初诊日期:2017年4月13日。主诉:复视

伴口角向左偏斜2个月。病史:2个月前无明显诱因出现发热不退

体温39℃左右并出现复视

口角略向左偏斜

于上海某医院就诊

诊断为"系统性红斑狼疮、狼疮性脑病、肺部感染"

经住院治疗后

病情好转出院

但右眼外展受限及口角左偏未见好转
