摘要

临床上

经络病变、腰腹肌及腹压异常是导致腰痛的重要原因

目前腰痛的治疗多集中在后背腰椎部位

忽略腹部因素的影响;采用前后共治

调阴以治阳的腹背阴阳配穴法治疗腰痛可以明显提高临床疗效。本文以中医经络及现代解剖与腰痛相关性为切入点

阐述经络病变、腰腹肌及腹压异常与腰痛的联系及腹背阴阳配穴治法(前后共治)的配穴、推拿手法及机制

以拓展临床治疗腰痛的思路及方法

并举案例予以阐述。
