摘要

痹症是风寒湿等病邪侵袭

经脉阻滞

气血不畅

筋肉关节受累而出现疼痛、肿胀

甚至关节功能活动障碍等症状的疾病。痹症既包括风湿性关节炎、骨性关节炎、类风湿性关节炎等西医有明确诊断指标的疾病

也包括仅有临床表现

而无实验室与影像学异常的诸多躯体慢性疼痛类病症。西医认为本病病因不十分明确

病机复杂

虽有很多诊断指标或分类标准

然而缺少相应治疗对策与确切疗效。
