摘要

古人强调"用针之类

在于调气"

针刺调气在针刺过程中至关重要。调气不仅限于行针阶段

而是贯穿整个针刺过程

并在针刺每个环节有着不同含义及操作方式。进针阶段调气重在以押手调气;行针阶段调气重在辨经气往来的阶段;留针阶段调气重在"自调";出针阶段调气重在出针时的辨气。故本文从针刺的进、行、留、出4个环节详述"调气"的内涵。
