摘要

与针灸临床相关的针灸歌赋是历代针灸大家宝贵临床经验的高度概括和总结

具有较高的临床指导意义。但如今却遭受冷落

甚至在针灸专业本科教材《针灸治疗学》中都不再收录。笔者分析了针灸歌赋的特点和遇冷的可能原因

认为针灸歌赋言简意赅的语言风格和医家们独特的腧穴特异性的认识会在一定程度上影响其临床使用

学习者更好地了解歌赋的特色并增强对歌赋的理解将有助于对其有效地使用。本文期望唤起大家对针灸歌赋的重视

一起实践并总结其中的规律

使其得到更好继承与发扬。
