摘要

中风又称脑卒中

包括缺血性和出血性卒中

是临床常见病、多发病

具有致残率高、致死率高等特点

已成为全球性公共卫生问题。中风后肩手综合征是中风病常见的并发症

又称反射性交感神经营养不良综合征

常发生在中风发病后1～3个月

发生率为12.5%～70.0%

以上肢水肿、肩手疼痛、肩关节脱位及关节活动受限为主要临床表现

是严重影响中
