摘要

足跟痛是指以跟骨结节周围疼痛

久行、久立后疼痛加重为临床特征的一种慢性劳损性疾病

多发生于中老年人

且女性略多于男性

可由足跟部骨质、关节、肌腱、筋膜、滑囊等病变所引起。笔者采用针刺神门穴结合拮抗运动治疗足跟痛18例

现报道如下。1一般资料18例均为2015年3月至2017年4月黑龙江中医药大学附属第二医院针灸二科室门诊患者

其中男6例

女12例;年龄最小17岁

最大60岁

平均(46±12)
