摘要

患者

男

45岁。就诊日期:2012年8月27日。主诉:左下肢疼痛伴水疱3 d。病史:3 d前无明显诱因出现左下肢疼痛

2 d后左下肢大腿内侧出现疱疹

逐渐蔓延至大腿内、后外侧及小腿内外侧

去当地西医院就诊

予抗病毒治疗(具体药物不详)

效果不显

疼痛难忍

水疱渐多

遂就诊于中国中医科学院针灸医院门诊。刻下症:左下肢簇状分布大小不一的水疱

疱壁紧张发亮

疱液澄清

外周绕以红晕

各簇水疱群间皮肤正常

自觉皮肤灼热感

疼痛难忍
