摘要

目的:根据脏腑精气"上注于目出于项"

观察从颈治疗干眼症的疗效。方法:将32例有颈椎病史的干眼症患者采取针刺颈部穴位为主、配合眼周针刺为辅的方法治疗

主穴为风池、天柱、大杼、颈百劳、太阳、攒竹。隔日治疗1次

每周3次

治疗6次为一疗程

2个疗程后评价疗效。结果:经过2个疗程的针刺治疗后

16只眼达到显效

42只眼有效

6只眼无效

总有效率为90.6%。结论:从颈椎治疗颈源性干眼症安全有效。
