摘要

患者

男

61岁

从事河道治理工作。初诊日期:2017年6月26日。主诉:反复发作痉挛10年余。现病史:10余年前无明显诱因出现全身间歇性痉挛、疼痛发作

痛无定处

严重时痛不可忍。同一姿势、动作保持时间过久时更易发作

如刷牙时口轮匝肌抽搐、久坐小腿腓肠肌痉挛等。此类症状发作频繁

每天至少发作1次

最多5～6次

每次持续10余分钟

自行按摩放松后

症状方能缓解。查心电图、脑电图、肌电图均无异常

四肢反射正常

血清钙、镁均在正常范围。常年自服钙片无明显好转。期间未
