摘要

目的:探讨温银针疗法联合神经阻滞治疗腰脊神经后支综合征的临床疗效。方法:38例腰脊神经后支综合征的患者采用温银针疗法联合神经阻滞治疗

根据患者不同疼痛部位

常规记号笔标记

设计布针方案:腰腿痛者选取L1～L5棘突旁椎板处沿棘突旁3.0cm直线布针2行

针距约1.5cm

每行约为5～6枚

针尖横向斜刺至椎板

针体与皮肤约呈45°角;腰骶痛者选取髂后上棘内侧缘与髂嵴后1/3肌附着处沿骨盆髂嵴缘弧形布针两行

针距约1.5 cm

每行6～8枚针斜刺;L1～L5横突背面沿棘突旁2.0 cm直线布针两行

针距约1.5 cm

每行5～6枚垂直进针。全部患者先行脊神经后支神经阻滞

然后再按照布针方案行温银针治疗

每周1次

治疗3次。结果:患者治疗后即刻

总有效率为86.8%(33/38);4周后随访总有效率为92.1%(35/38)

VAS评分治疗后即刻、随访时均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.01

P<0.001)。结论:温银针疗法联合神经阻滞治疗腰脊神经后支综合征

不仅可以迅速镇痛

改善患者的症状

而且远期效果良好。
