摘要

系统检索中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、万方数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库、PubMed数据库中浮针疗法的临床研究文献

检索时限为建库至2018年1月

采用国际通用的疾病分类标准对临床文献中涉及的疾病进行分类总结

通过文献分析总结出浮针临床应用和研究中的问题对浮针专家进行咨询。结果共纳入412篇浮针疗法临床研究文献

疾病谱统计结果表明浮针被用于治疗11个系统65种疾病

其中与骨骼肌系统相关的躯体痛症为其主要临床适宜病种。符仲华教授认为浮针临床医师应选择与肌肉相关的疾病作为主要的临床研究对象

并且采用规范化的浮针操作进行治疗。其次

浮针疗法的研究尚处于初级阶段

未来需要更多高质量临床研究和基础研究对浮针疗法的疗效提供证据支持。
