摘要

经外周静脉中心静脉置管(peripherallyinserted central catheter

PICC)作为可以长期留置的静脉通路

在临床上已广泛应用

但在患者带管期间也不可避免地发生各种并发症

其中局部湿疹发生率最高[1]

高达23.08%～24.1%[2-3]。浙江省中医院中心静脉置管维护中心自2014年起采用艾洛松软膏联合艾灸治疗PICC致皮肤湿疹30例

现报道如下。
