患者

男

54岁。初诊日期:2017年4月15日。主诉:双眼视物不清3月余。现病史:患者平素视力尚可

3月余前无明显诱因出现双眼渐进性视物模糊

于南京军区总医院眼科门诊就诊

查视力:右眼0.4

左眼0.3;双眼眼压正常、晶状体轻混;彩色眼底照相(FP)示:黄斑区明显渗出、水肿

病灶区网膜厚度增加;眼底荧光素造影(FFA)示:双眼黄斑区可见脉络膜新生血管(CNV)

周边可见明显小片状荧光渗漏。诊断为湿性老年性黄斑变性。予以抗血管内皮生
