摘要

管氏过梁针法是管正斋发展和完善起来的一套特殊针法

对癔症性瘫痪、精神分裂症、狂证、癫证、外伤性截瘫等病具有独特疗效。其刺法具有"深""透""动""应"的特点

而选穴不同于十二经穴

采用深刺法的腧穴均位于腕踝关节及其以下

用透刺方法的腧穴多位于肌肉相对丰厚、有阴阳二条经脉相互对称的部位

强调腧穴横向、纵深的联系与人体气血、阴阳的调整作用。
