摘要

针刺与针刀疗法均为疼痛性疾病的有效治疗方法

初学针刀者往往会陷入"针刀万能论"的误区

并非所有的疼痛性疾病都适合用针刀治疗

如果不区分疼痛性疾病的病因及严重程度而贸然使用

非但不能取得良好效果

反而会加重病情。因此针刀疗法既要学得进

又要跳得出。针刺与针刀疗法各有所长

对于疼痛性疾病无结构改变的以针刺为主

结构改变不重的视情况或针刺或针刀为主

结构改变严重的以针刀为主

用针灸解决针刀治疗后的疼痛

要重视治疗过程中针灸与针刀的配合。
