摘要

"气至而有效"提示我们针刺取效的关键在于"气至"

而"气至"具有"气至针下"(得气)与"气至病所"的双重含义。气至针下是起点

因此针下得气的性质及强度与获得疗效密切相关;气至病所是终点

因此经气的运行速度是影响最终疗效的重要环节。本文主要探讨以上两方面的含义及其对提高针刺疗效的价值。
