摘要

患者

女

62岁

于2017年9月17日主因"右耳听力下降伴右耳耳鸣及耳闷胀感1年余"至我科就诊。现病史:2016年3月因病毒感冒后出现右耳突发性耳聋

伴耳鸣、眩晕

遂至上海交通大学医学院附属仁济医院五官科就诊。经纯音听力测试示右耳重度听力损失

行西医综合治疗数周后疗效欠佳

又行鼓室内激素注射7次

症状无明显改善。此后

患者持续营养神经、活血化瘀治疗

症状虽有好转但右耳听力仍未恢复。2017年2月8日再次行听力测试
