摘要

检索从1999年1月1日至2018年2月28日中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)和PubMed数据库中原发性高血压病(essentialhypertension

EH)的发病机制、针刺治疗EH的临床疗效观察及作用机制的相关文献

旨在总结探讨针刺降压的作用机制。经分析发现

针刺是通过多系统、多靶点、多层面的调节机制发挥降压作用

如针刺抑制中枢及外周交感神经活动、针刺调节免疫及炎性反应因子的表达、针刺调节肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统(renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system

RAAS)平衡、针刺改善血管结构及功能、针刺的抗氧化应激作用、针刺促进自噬等。
