摘要

近年来

国外严格设计的大样本针刺随机对照试验(randomized controlled trials

RCTs)不时得出针刺疗效相当于安慰剂效果的结论

由此引起国际针灸学界广泛关注与争论

从而不断开展临床试验中针刺方案充分性评价的尝试。本研究明确临床试验中针刺方案充分性的概念

梳理临床试验中针刺方案充分性评价的研究现状及其局限性

并结合针灸临床实践特点提出未来研究建议:①根据不同针刺类型进行分类评价;②依据不同针刺类型的治疗特点进行评价;③对针刺治疗方案的成熟度进行评价;④根据研究目的评价对照组合理性;⑤评价方法的形式应基于维度评估。
